- Managing the warehouse processes based on allocated human and material resources,
- Coordination of human resources in the field of supervison, work time management, professional development, motivating, proper dissemination of CEVA values,
- Controlling and managing employee performance – preparing analyses and apllying corrective actions,
- Procactive cooperation in terms of relocation of resorces depending on operational situation,
- Presenting proposals of actions to improve professionalism and service level, maintaining consistency with the results and achieved goals (KAIZEN), implementation of LEAN Management tools, SCA standards, participation in the new projects,
- Cooperation with the team of employees in continous improvement: KAIZEN, 5S,
- Ensuring the proper organisation of work environment, respecting the Labour Law, Health and Safety procedures as well as Fire and Environmental protection,
- Ensuring that customer expectations in terms of service level are known and met by employees (KPI’s).
- Min. 3 years of experience in managing a group of Employees,
- Knowledge and skills in warehosue processes support, i.e., distribution, storaging,
- English knowledge (min B2),
- Knowledge of WMS system,
- Good organisational skills,
- Result oriented
- Ability to work under pressure,
- Ability to manage a team of employees and to motivate others.
