As a Value Creation Team Lead, you will build, lead, and develop a dedicated team focused on driving continuous improvement initiatives for our Lead Logistics Partner customers. Your role will emphasize achieving contractual and budgetary objectives related to value creation, savings, and strategic projects
What will we do together?
- Lead, develop, and motivate the assigned Value Creation team.
- Define and implement the Value Creation & Continuous Improvement agenda for LLP customers.
- Ensure achievement of contractual and budgetary objectives, including savings and gain share targets.
- Manage complex customer requests and develop tailored supply chain solutions.
- Deliver comprehensive supply chain solutions covering the full customer supply chain or specific components.
- Coach and develop team members using change management expertise.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the LLP Account team and the broader LLP community.
- Minimum of 3-4 years in Management experience.
- Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics.
- Knowledge of transport and logistics principles.
- English - fluent
- Ability to manage the Value Creation Team and execute strategic projects.
- Experience in analyzing projects to find optimization opportunities.
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail, ability to dive into detail of processes where needed
- Experience of project planning and delivery of supply chain change initiatives through complete project life-cycle
- Experience in developing business cases, proposals, presentations and other high impact documents for meetings and events being undertaken
- Ability to build effective working relationships (internally/externally), establishing credibility amongst a wide and demanding customer group
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
